SBC Securities holds first board meeting

The first board meeting of SBC Securities and Investment Limited was held at the board room of Sadharan Bima Corporation (SBC) in the city recently, said a press release
Chairman of SBC Securities and Investment Limited Md Rezaul Karim, who is also the managing director of SBC, presided over the meeting.
Various decisions have been taken at the board meeting of the subsidiary company, owned by the SBC.
General managers and directors of the subsidiary company Arun Kumar Saha, Bidhu Bhusan Chakraborty, Md Monirul Islam, Alfazuddin Ahmed, Sayed Ahmed Khan and Abdul Hannan Mondal attended the meeting.
The formation of new subsidiary company of the SBC is the milestone of advancement and the success of the corporation's continual effort, Mr Karim noted.
He expressed the hope that the subsidiary company would lead the capital market of Bangladesh in the coming days through its service and efficiency, and contribute to the national growth of the country.
