SC bar association building catches fire

A fire broke out at the ground floor of the Supreme Court Bar Association building in the city on Sunday morning. Fire Service Control room sources said the fire, originating from an electric shot circuit, broke out in a room of the 5-storey SCBA building around 5:30am and gutted some furniture and documents. Two firefighting units rushed to the spot from Fire Brigade and Civil Defence Headquarters in Fulbaria and brought the blaze under control around 6:00 am, according to a news agency.
