SC hearing on Rangs Bhaban today

The hearing of an appeal filed by the government on the dispute over demolition of the much-talked-about multistoried Rangs Bhaban will be held today (Tuesday) at the Supreme Court (SC), reports UNB.
Earlier, the hearing was stalled as Amirul Kabir Chowdhury, one of the judges of the apex court, felt embarrassed following an objection raised by the counsel for Rangs Group.
Justice Chowdhury retired just a month back.
The 22-storied Rangs building was allegedly built in violation of the RAJUK-approved master plan.
