SC stays bail to Humayun

The Appellate Division of the Supreme Court (SC) stayed Monday the bail granted to Humayun Sultan, husband of Shamarukh Mahjabin and one of the prime accused in the murder case, reports BSS.
The four-member Appellate Division bench, headed by Chief Justice Surendra Kumar Sinha, stayed the bail granted to Humayun, son of former Awami League lawmaker Khan Tipu Sultan, by the High Court on March 2.
The Appellate Division passed the order following a petition filed by the prosecution on March 4.
