SC stays Hasina bail in another case

The Supreme Court Monday stayed Sheikh Hasina's bail granted by the High Court in a corruption case involving the Bangabandhu Memorial Trust. The Appellate Division simultaneously halted the HC stay order on the case proceedings. An Appellate Division full bench headed by the chief justice Md Ruhul Amin issued the orders after hearing the petitions submitted by the government and the Anticorruption Commission.
