SC stays HC order on Wonderland Park in Gulshan

The Supreme Court Tuesday stayed for 45 days the High Court order asking authorities concerned to remove all the establishments of Wonderland Amusement Park in the city's Gulshan area, reports UNB.
On May 24, the High Court, upon a public interest litigation writ petition, filed by local resident MA Reza, ordered the authorities of Wonderland to remove all the establishments of the amusement park within six months.
The vacation chamber court of Justice M Joynul Abedin passed the order following a government application, as it preferred leave-to-appeal against the High Court order.
