SCF requests govt for finishing war crimes trial

Speakers at a discussion on Saturday urged the government to complete the war crimes trial, stressing execution of the verdicts. Sector Commanders Forum (SCF) along with the countrymen wants to see that the pro-liberation force is continuing to the state power, they said. The SCF, Dhaka divisional committee organised the discussion on ‘Bangalee Nationalism of Struggle, Bangabandhu and Glory of Liberation War and Prevention of History Distortion’ at Begum Sufia Kamal auditorium in the city. Addressing as the chief guest, chairman of SCF Major General (retd) KM Shafiullah, Bir Uttam, said Tarique Rahman and other political leaders are involved in the history distortion, according to BSS.
