Schneider Electric opens service centre in city

Schneider Electric, the global specialist in energy management, recently opened its first 24/7 service centre in  Dhaka in order to enhance customer satisfaction, according to a press release.
"This is a milestone in our efforts to engage more with customers," said Zahir Ahmed, head of partner, Industry and BIPBOP, Schneider Electric Bangladesh Office.
This service centre is open 24/7  and the service centre will handle all sorts of queries, complaints and after-sales support. Customers may now write at :customercare.in@schneider-electric.com any time with their queries and complaints.  The query or complaint will be attended by an engineer within 24 hours and the issue will be resolved within 48 hours.
