Schoolgirl raped by \\\'lover\\\'

COMILLA, Oct 3 (UNB): A schoolgirl has allegedly been kept confined and raped by her boyfriend for nine days in Chouddagram municipality area.
Police arrested the accused, Zahir Hossain, 22, son of Nur Miah of Sripur village under the municipality after a case was filed against him. A local court on Friday sent him to jail.
On Thursday night, the victim, a Class-IX student, filed the case against the rapist under the Women and Children Repression Prevention Act for physically exploiting her.
Inspector (Investigation) of Chouddagram Police Station Mahfuzur Rahman said Zahir had developed a love affair with the girl hailing from the same village.
