Science, technology fair ends in Gaibandha

GAIBANDHA, Feb 25 (BSS): A three-day "Science and Technology Fair-2015" ended at Independence Square of the town here on Tuesday aiming to encourage and promote young children's interest in science and latest technological advancements.
District administration had organised the fair with the theme 'Technology Can Alleviate Poverty' marking the National Science and Technology Week.
A concluding ceremony was held on the fair premises last evening with additional deputy commissioner (General) Abu Bakar Siddique in the chair while deputy commissioner M. Ehsan-e-Elahi attended it as the chief guest.
