Science unit intake test held

Admission test for the undergraduate programme under science unit for the academic session 2022-23 at the seven colleges affiliated with Dhaka University (DU) was held on Saturday.
With total marks 120, the test was held from 11am to 12am, said a press release.
A total of 38,776 admission seekers applied against 6,550 seats of the unit where around six students will vie for one seat.
Of the 120 marks, 20 was given on the basis of the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) examination results while the test was held on the rest 100 marks.
DU Vice-Chancellor (VC) Prof Dr Md Akhtaruzzaman visited Eden Mohila College exam centre, accompanied by science unit test coordinator and DU Science Faculty Dean Prof Dr Md Abdus Samad and others.
