Friday, 15 January 2010

A nine-day national Scout Jamboree began at Mouchak National Scout Training Centre in Gazipur Thursday.
About 13,000 scouts aged between 11-16 from home and abroad are participating in the 8th Jamboree, which was being held once every four years since 1978, reports UNB.
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is expected to inaugurate the Jamboree on January 16. Divided in five villages and 15 sub-camps, scout members will participate in different activities.
