Seaports asked to hoist local cautionary signal No 3

The maritime ports of Chittagong, Cox’s Bazar, Mongla and Payra have been advised to hoist local cautionary signal No three following deep conviction in the North Bay. Deep conviction is taking place over the North Bay under the influence of monsoon low over the Northwest Bay off Gangetic West Bengal and adjoining Bangladesh coast, said a Met Office warning message, according to a news agency.
