SEBL arranges 6-day foundation training on general banking

The inauguration ceremony of a six-day foundation training on general banking for the trainee cash officers of Southeast Bank Limited (SEBL) was held at the bank's training institute at its head office in the city recently, says a press release.
SEBL Deputy Managing Director Syed Imtiaz Hasib while, welcoming the participants, emphasised the need for continuous training to help an individual to learn how to accomplish the assigned duties effectively and therefore to minimise the gap between the present level of competence and the desired level of the same.
He advised them to get themselves acquainted with the tools, principles and operational procedures of general banking to improve the technical and conceptual skills effectively to utilise their acquired knowledge at work with professional spirit to build up their career in a globalised, competitive scenario and ensure the bank's sustained growth.
