SEBL holds half-yearly Managers' Conference

The Half-Yearly Managers' Conference 2010 of Southeast Bank Limited was held Saturday in the city.
Mahbubul Alam, Managing Director of the Bank presided over the conference. Syed Imtiaz Hasib, Mohammed Gofran and Shahid Hossain, Deputy Managing Directors of the Bank also attended the conference. Besides, M. Serajul Islam, Executive Director and Faruq Ahmad Siddiqi, Chief of Capital Market Division of the Bank were present in the conference. All the Heads of Branches, In charges of SME Service Centres and Divisional Heads of Head Office participated in the conference.
In his inaugural speech, Mr Mahbubul Alam thanked the employees of the Bank for overall operational success of the Bank during the period from January to June, 2010. He emphasized on the needs of honesty, dedication and courage of the employees. He advised the Senior Executives of the Bank, especially the Heads of Branches and Divisional Heads of Head Office to put on extra efforts for achieving the annual targets of 2010. He also stressed upon to maintain good quality of assets, closely monitor the loan accounts and extend high quality customer service.
In the conference, the operational performance of the Bank during the first six months of the year was reviewed and further strategies were adopted for operational success during the second half of the year.
