SEC extends United Airways rights subscription time

The authorities of United Airways (BD) Ltd. have stated that Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) vide its letter dated October 10, 2011, has agreed to extend time for subscription for rights issue of the company up to October 18, 2011. Trust Bank: Trading of the shares of Trust Bank Limited will remain suspended on record date today (Wednesday) for EGM. BSRM Steels: Trading of the shares of BSRM Steels Limited will remain suspended on record date today (Wednesday) for EGM. Central Ins: Trading of the shares of Central Insurance will remain suspended on record date today (Wednesday) for EGM, according to DSE website.
