SEC issues show-cause to co, its officials

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has issued show-cause cum hearing notice to Meghna Petroleum Limited, its directors, managing director and company secretary for non-compliance with the SEC Notification No. SEC/CMRRCD/2009-193/Admin/03-31 dated June 1, 2009, gazetted on June 29, 2009 in connection with timely disbursement of dividend warrants for the year that ended on June 30, 2009.
