SEC officials get promotion

The capital market regulator has promoted 10 of its officials, including two directors, who have been made executive directors, reports bdnews24.com. The decision came Sunday following a meeting of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). This is the first change in the SEC since mid-January when an SEC member resigned after an executive director was made OSD immediately after the market suffered the largest-ever fall.
