Second phase of Upazila polls on Feb 27

Elections to 117 Upazilas in 52 districts will be held in the second phase on February 27. In the first phase, 102 Upazilas from 40 districts will go to polls on February 19. The submission of nomination papers ends on February 2, while the deadline for the withdrawal of candidature is February 11, according to the schedule announced by Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Kazi Rakibuddin Ahmad Thursday. — UNB
