Section 144 imposed in Comilla

COMILLA, Nov 20 (UNB) Section 144 was imposed in Titash Upazila headquarters from 7 am to 6 pm Saturday as BNP and Jubo League called separate meetings at the same time and same venue. Local BNP leaders called an Eid-reunion in Karikandi area at 10 am while Jubo League called its workers' conference at the same venue. Apprehending possible clash between the two rival organisations, local administration imposed the emergency section in the area.
