Seminar on admission procedure in public varsities held in Rajshahi

RAJSHAHI UNIVERSITY, June 6: To get admission in the public universities is becoming more difficult day-by-day. The examination procedures of secondary and higher-secondary level is not in harmony with the examinations procedure of universities.
As a result, despite a lot of many talented students are not being allowed admission in the varsities.
Speakers emphasised these in a seminar on "Admission-Procedure in Public Varsities" at Rajshahi Community Centre in the city Friday. Global Development Centre (GDC), a non-government institution organised the seminar.
Prof. Mosharaf Hossein of Zoology department at Rajshahi University (RU) was the chief guest while GDC chairman Sanarul Islam Bahar was in the chair.
Atik Rahman, Rajshahi divisional correspondent of Desh TV, presented the key paper and Ibrahim Hossain, principal of Shikha School & College conducted the seminar.
