Seminar on Breastfeeding held at ICMH

A seminar to observe the World Breastfeeding Week 2009 was held at the Institute of Child and Mother Health (ICMH), Matuail, Dhaka Sunday, says a press release.
The theme of the seminar was "Breastfeeding- A Vital Emergency Response: Are You Ready?" The seminar was organized by ICMH mainly for the Paediatricians, Gynaecologists ,Nurses and Health workers of the institute.
Presided over by Executive Director of ICMH ARM Luthful Kabir, the chief guest of the seminar was Dr SK Roy, chairperson, Bangladesh Breastfeeding Foundation (BBF). The keynote speaker of the seminar was Professor Soofia Khatoon, head of Paediatrics of ICMH.
