Seminar on chemical engineering education held at BUET

The department of Chemical Engineering, BUET, organised a seminar on "Chemical Engineering Education and Practice" recently at the Council Bhaban, BUET as part of the 60 years celebration of engineering education in Bangladesh, reports BSS.
Dr AMM Safiullah, Vice-Chancellor, BUET attended the seminar as the chief guest. Former vice chancellors Prof Dr Iqbal Mahmud and Prof Dr Nooruddin Ahmed chaired the seminar, according to a press release.
Prof Dr Nooruddin Ahmed, former BCIC chairman Hasanul Murshed, former director operations and plant manager of KAFCO Md. Saber Ali, general manager of KAFCO Md. Abdur Rahim, general manager (operation and planning) of Eastern Refinery Limited Asif Malik, chief coordinator of Global Heavy Chemical Limited Md. Kamruzzaman took part in the discussion.
