Seminar on potentials of soyfood products'marketing held

A seminar titled 'Potentials of Soyfood Products in Commercial Market' was held in the city to encourage existing and new entrepreneurs to set up small and cottage industries based on soyabean.
American Soyabean Association (ASA), National Association of Small and Cottage Industries of Bangladesh (NASCIB) and Agriculture Department of the USA jointly organised the seminar at a city hotel recently.
NASCIB President Mirza Nurul Ghani Shovon presided over the function while Additional Secretary for Ministry of Industries Mohammed Ayub Miah attended the seminar as the chief guest.
Former President of NASCIB M Habibur Rahman Sheikh was present as the special guest in the function.
ASA Senior Technical Director Suresh Itapu and Senior Consultant of American Soyabean Association Ratan Sharma presented the keynote paper in the seminar.
