Senior Division Football League begins on Dec 31

The Metropolis Senior Division Football League will begin on December 31 instead of 28 as scheduled earlier, reports UNB.
The league committee, earlier in a meeting, deferred the league by two more days due to Eid-ul-Azha.
The league will be held at two venues -- Bangabandhu National Stadium and Bir Shreshtho Shaheed Sepoy Mohammad Mostofa Stadium -- in the city.
A total of 13 metropolis teams -- Arambagh KS, Badda Jagoroni, Victoria Sporting Club, Dhaka Wanderers Club, Youngmen's Club, Dipali Jubo Sangha, Mohakhali Ekadosh, Wari Club, Agrani Bank SC, Purbachol Parisad, City Club, Jatrabari KC and Sunrise SC -- will take part in the league.
