Service centre to identify formalin in fish and milk

Sunday, 11 November 2007

BCSIR will open a service centre in the city today (Sunday) to identify the use of formalin in fish and milk. Formalin identifying kits produced by the BCSIR will be available in the centre at a reasonable price, said a press release. The measure is being taken to check indiscriminate use of formalin in fish, fruits and milk, which is injurious to health. — UNB
