Service training in Oriental Services held

A day-long service training session was held recently at the corporate head office of Oriental Services AV [BD.] Limited, the authorized distributor of world famous "HITACHI" brand's multimedia projector in Bangladesh. Mr. Yoon Khoon Chen Michael, Asst. Manager, Technical Support, Regional Service & Parts Dept. from HITACHI Home Electronics Asia(s) Pte. Ltd., Singapore, shared his long experience to solve technical problems of Multimedia projector with services department executives of Oriental Services AV [BD.] Limited. The training session will enable to provide better customer services to its customers as the company's objective is to extend best possible service to the customers in selecting products and also providing after sales service with utmost sincerity, said a press release.
