Seven cos get best employer award

Bdjobs.com, one of the largest job portals in Bangladesh, has announced the winners of the 'Bdjobs.com Best Employer Award 2010' through a press conference in the city recently, said a press statement. Bdjobs.com 'Best Employer Award 2010' has been announced for the second time. The first one was conducted in 2008. Around 4,500 professionals took part in an online perception survey to choose seven best employers in seven categories. The companies have been selected on their contribution to the national economy and overall employment creation. The winners of 2010 award include HSBC in banking, BRAC in development, Unilever in FMCG, ATN Bangla in media, GraphicPeople I SoftwarePeople in IT, H & M in garments and textile and Grarneenphone Ltd in telecommunication sectors. Bdjobs.com Ltd Chief Executive Officer (CEO) AKM Fahim Mashroor, directors Majbah Uddin Ahmed and Ahmad Islam Muqsit and Marketing Manager Prokash Roy Chowdhury, among others, attended the press conference.
