Seven pry teachers accused of producing fake certificates

The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) filed on Thursday seven cases against seven primary school teachers in Banshkhali upazila of Chittagong accusing of them of doing jobs by producing fake academic certificates.
Deputy Assistant Director of Chittagong Coordinated Office Md. Wahiduzzaman filed the cases with the Banshkhali police station.
The teachers are: Mir Zahirul Haque and Shafiullah Azmi of Uttar Napora Primary School, Abdul Hakim Chowdhury of Nayapara Primary School, Moktar Ahmed of Selbon Primary School, Shahidullah Chowdhury of Shekherkhil Primary School, Abu Sama Md. Yusuf of Boroghona Primary School and Farid Ahmed of Gondamara Primary School. Mr Wahiduzzaman has been investigating the cases since 2012.
He said the seven teachers from seven registered primary schools embezzled money from the government exchequer by showing fake certificates.
