Seven teams moved into quarterfinals in the men's singles of the Ruchi 31st National Badminton Championship at the Pabna District Gymnasium in Pabna Monday, reports UNB.
On the day's men's singles event, Rana (Pabna) beat Sajjad (Narayanganj) 21-17, 21-14, Mashrafee (Bogra) defeated Momen (Dhaka) 21-13, 21-18, Rais (Biman) outplayed Tushar (Gopalganj) 21-02, 21-6, Hannan (Narayanganj) outclassed Shamol (Sylhet) 21-8, 21-19, Mamun (Dhaka) beat Pesta (Bogra) 20-22, 21-17, 21-17, Sibbir (Sylhet) outplayed Tushar (Jessore) 21-16, 22-20 and Parash (Biman) defeated Alam (Bogra) 21-16, 21-18 to move to the quarterfinals.
