Sexagenarian killed in Habiganj

HABIGANJ, Oct 4 (UNB): A sexagenarian was killed by his rivals at Purba Pukra village in Baniachang Upazila on the Eid day (Thursday).
Police said a quarrel started between the family members of Wahid Mollah and Bachchu Miah over a trifling matter in the morning.
Later, Wahid Mollah (60) was hacked to death by the rivals when he was returning home from a nearby market at about 11 am.
On information, police recovered the body and sent it to the Sadar Hospital morgue for autopsy.
Another report from Savar adds: Police recovered the body of a butcher from Gorai area of the upazila Monday - two days after he had been reported missing.
Police said Rana (22), a butcher of Bagbari village in Sadar Upazila of Gazipur district went missing Saturday.
