Sexagenarian woman crushed in Comilla

COMILLA, July 10 (UNB): A sexagenarian woman was crushed under the wheels of a train at the Shashangachha rail crossing in the district town Tuesday morning.
The deceased was identified as Hajera Khatun (60) of Gunanandi village of Sadar Upazila.
Sources said the Dhaka-bound train from Chittagong, Shubarna Express, ran over Hajera at about 9:45 am while she was crossing the rail line on way home after collecting the elderly allowance.
The police recovered the body and sent it to Comilla Medical College Hospital for autopsy.
