Planning Minister A H M Mustafa Kamal has said that the 7th Five Year Plan (SFYP) will be a growth and investment friendly development plan incorporating all backward and underprivileged people and regions. ‘If we could lift our development train on the accurate track once, it will move ahead with own motion,’ the minister said at a programme on Wednesday. Mustafa Kamal also said that existing interest rate on bank loan is needed to be trimmed to build investment friendly atmosphere, according to a news agency.
