Top order batsman Shadman Islam hit a brilliant unbeaten ton saw Dhaka Metro to score 238 for 4 in 91 overs against Barisal Division on the first day of 3rd round National Cricket League held Sunday at the Khan Shaheb Osman Ali Stadium in Fatullah, reports BSS.

On the other hand, Myshukur Rahman and Zunaid Siddique scored a magnificent century enabled Rajshahi Division to pile up a massive total of 316 for 2 in 92 overs at stumps against Sylhet Division on the first day of third round four-day National Cricket League (NCL) held Sunday at the Bangladesh Krira Shikkha Prothistan ground in Savar.

Meanwhile, a five-wicket haul by Mosharraf Hossain saw Chittagong Division faced batting collapse as they dismissed their first innings at 155 for all in 69 overs against Dhaka Division on the first day of four-day third round National Cricket League held Sunday on the Bangladesh Krira Shikkha Prothistan (BKSP) ground in Savar.
In reply, Dhaka Division got off to a good start as they finished the first day scoring 112 for no loss in 32 overs at stumps.
