Shahjalal Bank opens 33rd branch at Mymensingh

Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited (SJIBL) opened its 33rd branch at Swadeshi Bazar of Mymensingh town Thursday.
Sponsor shareholder of the bank Mohiuddin Ahmed formally inaugurated the branch as the chief guest.
Mohiuddin said SJIBL has been marching ahead on the excellent services provided to its clients.
Managing Director Mohammad Ali gave a brief description of the bank's deposit and investment schemes. He said the bank has become one of the best banks within a short period due to proper guidelines set by its board of directors and also because of dedication and sincerity of the staff.
SJIBL Chairman Akkasuddin Mollah, vice chairmen Mohammad Farooq and Syed Nurul Arefeen, directors Md Towhidur Rahman, Abdul Halim, Khandoker Sakib Ahmed, Rukunuddin Khan, sponsor shareholders Md Hasan and MA Mannan, former director Md Masud, Managing Director Muhammad Ali and Deputy Managing Director Md Mukhter Hossain were present, among others, at the opening ceremony.
