Shahjalal Islami Bank bags 3 prestigious SAFA awards

Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC got three prestigious awards from the South Asian Federation of Accountants (SAFA) for its best presented Annual Report-2022, says a press release.
The bank bagged the Gold Award (1st Prize) in the Private Sector Banking Institutions Category, the Joint Silver Award (Joint 2nd Prize) in the SAARC Anniversary Award for Corporate Governance Disclosure Category and the Bronze Award (3rd Prize) in the Integrated Reporting Category.
In an event organized in New Delhi, India on Friday, Additional Managing Director & CBO of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC Abdul Aziz and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Md. Jafar Sadeq, FCA received these awards from CA. Nihar N. Jambusaria, President of the South Asian Federation of Accountants (SAFA).
