Shahjalal Islami Bank holds 397th Board Meeting

The 397th meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC was held at Corporate Head Office of the bank on Wednesday. The meeting was presided over by Chairman of the bank A K Azad. The Board approved a number of investment proposals. Among others, Vice-Chairman of the Board Mohammed Younus, Directors Akkas Uddin Mollah, Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Fakir Akhtaruzzaman, Md Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Jabun Nahar, Independent Directors Nasir Uddin Ahmed and Md Reazul Karim and Managing Director Mosleh Uddin Ahmed were present in the meeting.
