Shahjibazar Power gets AA2 rating

Credit Rating Agency of Bangladesh Limited (CRAB) has awarded AA2 rating in the long term to 86 MW Gas-based Power Plant project of Shahjibazar Power Company Limited (SPCL) in Habiganj.
CRAB Managing Director Hamidul Huq handed over the rating report to SPCL Managing Director Firoz Alam at the latter's corporate office at Shyamoli in the city recently, said a press release.
Also present at the report handover ceremony were CRAB Vice-president and Company Secretary HS Sohrawardi and Manager-Ratings Md Tajul Islam, and SPCL Chairman Rezakul Haider, Director AKM Baidul Alam and Executive Director Engineer Hafizur Rahman.
