Shaikh Maqsood Ali's 1st death anniv today

The 1st death anniversary of Dr Shaikh Maqsood Ali (CSP 1959) will be observed today (Tuesday).
Dr Shaikh Maqsood served as a member of General Economic Division and Industries and Energy Division, secretary of the Ministry of Relief and Rehabilitation, joint secretary of the Ministry of Shipping, IWT & Aviation and director of the Project Implementation Bureau, President's Secretariat.
He started his career in 1957 as a lecturer in Economics at the University of Dhaka.
