Shakib allowed players transfer formalities despite ban

All rounder Shakib Al Hasan Saturday get permission to participate in the players transfer formalities ensuing domestic cricket season despite ban on him.
The Cricket Committee of Dhaka Metropolis (CCDM) allowed him to participate in player transfer formalities although Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) banned former national captain Shakib for six months for all forms of cricket on July 7 following a board meeting, according to a news agency.
Shakib was suspended on charge of misconduct with Bangladesh new coach Chandika Hathurusingha, and for his altercation with a spectator during the first ODI against India in Mirpur recently.
Later, Shakib met with BCB president Nazmul Hasan Papon, MP,  and submitted a plea to BCB acting CEO Nizamuddin Chowdhury on July 20 to reconsider his six-months suspension order on advice of the BCB boss.
