Shamsul Islam\\\'s death anniv today

The 9th death anniversary of former industries minister Shamsul Islam Khan (Naya Mia) will be observed today (Thursday). On the occasion, family members sought blessings for the salvation of his departed soul. He was elected MP four times from Manikganj-4 constituency. He died of old age complications on the day in 2006, says a press release.
