Shasha Denims approves 20pc cash, 15pc stock dividend

The 18th Annual General Meeting of Shasha Denims Limited was held recently at the Trust Milonayoton, Dhaka Cantonment, Dhaka.
The shareholders of the company approved 20 per cent cash and 15 per cent stock dividend for the year 2014. All other agenda including Audited Financial Statements together with the reports of Directors and the Auditors Report thereon were approved.
