Sheikh Hasina condemns attack on Saudi mosque

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has condemned Thursday’s suicide-bomb attack on a Saudi mosque, and expressed her solidarity with the Kingdom to fight against terrorism in any form. A suicide bomber killed at least 17 people and injured many more in an attack on a mosque used by members of a local security force in southwest Saudi Arabia on Thursday. The PM, in a message to King Salman bin Abdul Aziz Al-Saud, also expressed her “deepest condolences and heartfelt sympathies” to the family members of the victims, the foreign ministry said. She also reiterated Bangladesh’s zero tolerance policy against terrorism in all its forms and manifestations, and reaffirmed the government’s commitment to work together with Saudi Arabia and the world community to fight against this menace, according to bdnews24.com.
