Shelley re-elected Premier Leasing chairman

Dr. Mizanur Rahman Shelley was re-elected as Chairman of Premier Leasing & Finance Limited in the 150th Meeting of the Board of Directors of Premier Leasing & Finance Limited held recently. He obtained his Masters Degree from University of Dhaka in 1963 and Ph.D. from University of London in International Politics in 1976. After a brilliant career as a student Dr. Shelley had his stints as a teacher of Dhaka University, a technocrat (non-partisan) Cabinet Minister for Information. Besides, he has worked as consultant on socio-economic matters to various government, non-government and international organizations. After liberation, he served as Director (Head of Directorate) of the Directorate of Social Service, Government of the Peoples Republic of Bangladesh during 1976-80, said a statement.
