Sheltech Fair begins today

A six-day long fair of Sheltech Pvt Ltd begins today (Monday) in the city aiming to introduce some 15 projects of the leading real estate company.
The fair would be held at its headquarters at West Panthapath in the city, as the company could not properly represent their products before the customers during the REHAB (Real Estate and Housing Association of Bangladesh) Fair, ended couple of weeks ago, due to huge rush and space shortage.
The fair will remain open for all between 10:00am and 7:00pm.
"We could not introduce our projects properly during the just concluded REHAB Fair and hope this time we'll be able to show our products," Managing Director of Sheltech Dr Toufiq M Seraj told a press conference Sunday.
He said the customers would enjoy various exclusive offers includes maximum Tk one million price cut for ready apartment while 10 per cent discount for each plot in terms of installment and 15 per cent for one-off purchase during the fair.
Mushfiqur Rahman Khan, the company's head of marketing, said they have also decided to sell its all plots at Ashulia, outskirts of the city, at an attractive rate and the customers would purchase from the fair.
The housing company brought the land in Ashulia to build apartments in the area in 2006 to meet the ever-growing accommodation demand of the people.
The real estate company would present 15 projects, including three new products, in the fair.
