Sheltech to hold winter housing fair from December 23

Sheltech, a leading real estate and housing company, is going to organise a four-day-long winter fair from December 23 at its corporate office at West Panthapath in the city.
Sheltech Managing Director Toufiq M Seraj told the FE, "We are going to offer ten new apartment projects ahead of 2011 and land to the customers through the fair."
"We will offer around Tk 100,000 to Tk 750,000 discounts on the total cost of flats depending on size, location and facing. Besides, facilities for maximum 46 instalments will be provided as per customers' requirements," he said.
Mr Seraj said, "We'll offer ten new apartment projects at Uttara, Banani, Baridhara, Elephant Road and Poribagh. The price per square foot of these flats ranges between Tk 3,851 to Tk 14,708 depending on area."
"We are offering the biggest discount worth Tk 750,000 for 'Spondon' project on Dilu Road where per square foot cost is Tk 5,764."
He said, "We will offer high valued land in Dhaka, Savar and Ashulia. The registration of the land can be completed within seven days and a customer can easily start construction work as his or her wish."
Mr Seraj said that his company will start selling furnished flats for fixed income group of people for the first time with all modern facilities at Mirpur in the city.
Visitors interested about the project will be able to include their names at the fair.
The fair will remain open to all from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm everyday.
