Sheltech, one of leading real estate developers, has started the construction of its 100th apartment project in the city. The Tk 136 million project `Sheltech Spondon' is located at Dilu road in the city's New Eskaton which, the company executives say, is expected to be completed in 2011.
The first project of the developer was 'Sheltech Enclave' constructed at Malibagh with 16 apartments. It was completed the project in 1990. Starting journey in 1988, Sheltech developed innumerable shopping centres and commercial buildings apartment residential apartments during the last two decades.
Sheltech is a trusted name among hundreds of companies in the real estate sector. Stating the reason, Managing Director Dr. Toufiq M Seraj said, "Our team of engineers, architects and other professionals were chosen on the basis of their excellent management and entrepreneurial skills."
