Shibir cadre held with firearms, fake notes

RAJSHAHI, Dec 15 (BSS): Shakilur Rahman alias Shakil (26), a cadre of Islami Chhatra Shibir, was arrested with firearms, ammunition and fake notes from Luxmipur Bhatapara area under Rajpara Police Station here Thursday.
On a tip-off, a team of the elite force conducted a sudden raid at the area and arrested Shakil at around 1:45 am. The team also seized a foreign made pistol, a local one-shooter-gun, six-rounds of bullets and fake notes worth Tk 2,800 from his possession.
