Shipping agents elect new leaders

KM Mahmudur Rahman, Mostafa Kamal Hayat and Parvez Ahmed were unanimously declared chairman, senior vice chairman and vice chairman respectively of the Executive Committee of the Bangladesh Shipping Agents' Association (BSAA).
Under the supervision of the association's election commissioner AZ Nizam, assisted by the members of the election commission MA Chowdhury (Shelly) and Abdul Gaffar, a new 18-member executive committee was also declared elected uncontested for the year 2010?2011 at a meeting held at the office of the association recently.
The tenure of this elected committee shall be for 2 (two) years commencing from July 1, 2010.
The members of the EC are Khandkar Sirajuddin Ahmed, Shahed Sarwar, Rahat Bin Asad, Md Abdul Momin, Shafiqul Alam (Jewel), MA Bakar, Jasim U Ahmed, ATM Rafiq Ahmed, Syed Sohel Hasnat, Shahjada Mahmud Chowdhury, Mohammad Muntasir Rubayat, Md Azfar Ali, Wasiur Rahman Chowdhury, AKM Atikur Rahman and Zahirul Islam Chowdhury.
