Show cause notice served on Dhaka Insurance

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has issued show cause cum hearing notice on Dhaka Insurance, its directors, managing director and company secretary for non-compliance with securities related laws in connection with third quarter (Q3) financial statements for the third quarter ended on September, 2010.
